Storypage Events is an events planning and management company that specializes in the creation, design and management of both corporate and social events, having its key focus in the creation and execution of events and event experiences.

We offer event management, wedding planning, vendor sourcing services and contracting services – providing clients with vendors such as DJ, MC, photographers, video, caterers, dessert, drinks services, ushers, security, make-up artist and so on.

We are a dynamic company in tune with event trends and zeitgeist and we harness the benefits of technology with the application of creative thinking to create events that tell beautiful stories. Our Process

Our process for the full events planning option is stated thus

The Consultation Stage

At the initial consultation stage, we pay attention to your needs, bearing in mind your budget. Once we have thoroughly understood your project idea and your priorities for the event and have an initial run through of your event checklist, we go to our drawing board and together with a team of experts, we draft out your own storypage.  The next stage is to present to you a clearer picture of your event idea, putting into consideration, possible vendors which can fit into your plan.

Budget, Costing & Vendor Assigning

At this stage, a contract is signed with Storypage event. We give you a run through on all the event elements which your budget covers, bearing in mind the event idea previously discussed. A more aligned budget, showing the suggested vendor assigned and cost allocated to them is presented to you with room for further amendment given.

Planning and Execution

At this stage, we sign contracts with the agreed vendors on your behalf, after a vendor-client meeting has been held to discuss the project thoroughly. Vendors are also followed up to ensure for a seamless planning process.

Coordination and Events Management

This stage involves a total management of the entire event. We manage your guests and vendors to ensure that a hitch-free event is delivered. From managing the guest list, setting up the entire event and managing RSVPs, attendee registrations, vendor coordination and overall events program and activity management.

Project Closure and Evaluation

We offer a full report on the entire project including attendee feedback and event success ratings at this stage and send out thank you notes to attendees on your behalf. We do not forget to also appreciate you at this stage.
